Public preview policy

Acceptable use

Permitted use

You may request a bounded, passive check of an ordinary publicly accessible HTTP or HTTPS website for a legitimate evaluation, troubleshooting, or business-improvement purpose.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to target private or internal systems, bypass access controls, test credentials, exploit vulnerabilities, submit forms, cause disruption, harvest data, evade quotas, or repeatedly inspect a target against its operator's wishes. Do not use it for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

No claim of authority

A Presence Check does not prove that you own or control the target and does not establish a client relationship. The public-passive check is the full authority ceiling. Any deeper inspection, communication, purchase, or change requires separate owner authorisation.

Fair use and enforcement

Automated challenges, edge controls, target quotas, and durable global quotas protect the service and inspected websites. Requests may be rejected, delayed, or disabled when they create risk, excessive load, or apparent abuse.

Limitations

The output is a short public-surface preview. It is not a security, accessibility, privacy, legal, or compliance certification. Findings describe only what the bounded check observed at that time.
