Who operates this preview
Presence Operations (presenceoperations.com) operates this public preview and is the controller for the data described here. This is the service's temporary public identity; the operator's final legal particulars will replace it before paid or broader processing begins.
What the check stores
When you request a Presence Check, we store the public website address after removing its query string and fragment, the resulting public observations, lifecycle timestamps, and integrity hashes. We store a hash of your private result token—not the token itself. Target hostnames are hashed for quota enforcement.
What the free check does not request
The free check does not ask for your name, email address, account credentials, payment details, or ownership proof. It does not submit forms or enter authenticated areas. Presence Operations does not intentionally retain visitor IP addresses in the product database.
Deeper-review requests
If you ask for a deeper review, we store the public website address, your email address, the type of help selected, any optional context you provide, lifecycle timestamps, and a request reference. This information is used only to assess and respond to that request. Sending a request does not authorise or start a browser session, audit, repair, build, or paid engagement.
Aggregate product measures
We keep daily totals for checks started, checks completed, and deeper-review requests received. These funnel totals contain no visitor identifier, email address, website address, result token, or request text and are deleted after 180 days.
Cloudflare processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, network security, Turnstile anti-abuse verification, queues, logs, and database infrastructure. Cloudflare necessarily processes network and device information to deliver and protect the service. Turnstile produces a short-lived, single-use verification token that our server validates before accepting a new check.
Retention and deletion
Results expire automatically after 24 hours. Anyone holding the private result token may delete the corresponding result from its result screen after confirming the permanent action. Deeper-review requests expire after 30 days unless a separate engagement is agreed. Operational logs may be retained separately for a limited period to diagnose failures and abuse; they are not used to build advertising profiles.
Private recovery links
A copied recovery link contains the result token in its URL fragment. The fragment is not sent to our server during ordinary navigation, but anyone who receives the complete link can view or delete the result. Treat it as confidential.
Purpose and sharing
Data is used only to run, secure, diagnose, and improve the service, respond to requests, and prepare an explicitly authorised engagement. We do not sell check or request data or use it for third-party advertising. A deeper audit or remediation engagement requires a separate owner-authorised agreement.
